Is your intuition set to look out for danger or is it ready to create?
This message came through on the New Moon and one thing that became quite clear so far this year is how we traverse many timelines as we raise our frequency. How this shows up practically is that the ego mind will try and grab onto any old stories from the past and try to bring you evidence of such patterns in the present moment, you may experience these as triggers. Maybe you feel your nervous system go into high alert and fear bringing you the 'opportunity' to keep looping in familiar 'unwanted' situations.
When this happens stop and observe your thoughts, the mind chatter can be insistent!
